Polite, and food is fresh, but slow drive through and last 2 McCafe orders have been incorrect
Can be busy at feeding times but service is usually quick
I cant review the food or service as we only stopped on to use the restroom. But I had to stop in the middle of my not-so-quick trip as there was only the 1 stall but the room was not private so someone brought a kid in who was wining and so I was uncomfortable hogging the only stall when I was going to be a while. So I stopped unfinished to let her go, my friend still hadn't gone and we were going to wait for the other girl to finish but while we were, 3 other ladies headed to the facility. 1 stall 3 ladies... so we left and went across the street to Taco Bell.
Herrin, Illinois McDonalds is wonderful. They pay special attention to the elderly crowd, making them feel wanted and appreciated. My mother-in-law enjoys going here!
Friendly staff. I go often in the morning for coffee. I go so much they see me walk in and immediately pour me a cup.
