I was a patient of this Doctor for 2 years. This is without a doubt the worst office staff I have ever met. At first they would call and remind you of your appointment, then they stopped doing that. They were infamous for double booking appointments and then accusing you of a no show when you did not show for an appointment you had no idea you were scheduled for. It took months to get into see him but the parking lot at his office was always empty. His office manager Sandy is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. She was obnoxious and rude on multiple occasions, trying to lecture me on missing appointments when I was not even aware I had an appointment scheduled for that day. Trying to get your meds refilled is like trying to pull teeth from a hungry alligator Dr. Newell is an OK Doctor but his horrendous office staff makes trying to see him one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with any Doctor or his staff. I would avoid this office like the plague..
