Decent old laundromat. Extremely dated. Washers are just 2 and the dryers are 25 for 6 minutes. Be sure to only put a half load in the dryer. Only real amenity is free Wi-Fi. Bathroom is clean.
I was at this business yesterday. Two of the washing machines I wanted to use had tissues in them and dirt and soap on them. I asked the attendant to clean them. She asked well are all of them dirty or just some of them? She says this in a loud hateful tone, complete with a Jerry Springer neck roll. I asked why are you giving me attitude, isn't this your job? She finally cleaned them, sort of. When I said there was still crud on the machine, she literally screamed in my face"what am I supposed to pick every piece of lint off the machine! " So I yelled right back at her, why are you screaming? You are a laundry attendant. You should never give attitude to anyone in life! So she said she was calling the owners. They said good I want to talk to them. So she brings me the house phone. The owner wasn't available so I left a message about how I was treated. I included my name and number. But of course, they didn't call me or apologize. If you don't mind dirt and rude ignorant staff, Southern Suds is for you!
