I placed an order for stuffed pizza rolls and boneless wings and a 2liter. I received garlic twists and wings with no sauce. They said upon calling back they didnt carry the stuffed pizza rolls i pointed out i wasnt told that. They said the sauce that i ordered on the chicken is what i get he would refund the garlic twists. I asked for a replacement and ordered a pizza which was cold and dry.i feel this is extremely unprofessional as i paid cash with my order. This is my first and only experience with Herrin pizza hut. No wonder they hardly have cars in their lot.
Excellent dining experience. It's a small buffet but they keep it well stocked. Staff are nice.
Ordered a pizza for delivery at 715pm it's 850pm still no pizza. I was told 30-45mins at the time of placing the order. At 9pm after the 3rd time calling the pizza was left on the oven. Great business!
